Sunset Bay Villa 119 offers first floor living throughout with easy access to the condo amenities. Not to mention, convenient walk-out access to the marina boardwalk and boat dock. An open floor plan, including lots of windows that boast those beautiful bay views! Upon entering you will find two bedrooms- One is furnished with two twin bunks, as well as a TV. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and also offers a spectacular waterfront view. There is a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hall, as well as a washer and dryer in the laundry room. As you make your way further into your beach abode, you will find a large open kitchen featuring granite countertops, BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances, and all the essential cookware to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The primary en-suite is situated so as to fully encompass the most captivating water views, while also offering a luxury bathroom with a tiled shower and jacuzzi tub. Enjoy a relaxing evening beverage while sitting on the balcony watching the sun set, or a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The balcony is accessible from both the primary bedroom suite and the open living area. We have been visiting Chincoteague for about twenty years and always enjoy staying on the sunset side. This was our first time in this particular unit and it exceeded our expectations. The location was peaceful with the light sound of music from Ropewalk on the patio. The bedrooms were perfectly set up and the living space was comfortable and clean. We are looking forward to our return visit and will definitely stay in Sunset Bay 119.

Comfortable and spotless, well equipped for feeding a family of eight, this unit is one we will return to! The views are amazing and the ten year old could fish off the deck! We loved staying there!

We had a wonderful, restful stay in Villa 119. The condo is as pictured. Simple and spacious. The bay view through all the windows is amazing. The three bolted deck chairs guaranteed an unobstructed view of the water at all times. At night one can see the twinkly lites of the Ropewalk and the cars on the causeway. There’s the sound of the waves against the pier and over the oyster bed on the side. Slept like babies. The property manager was quick to answer questions and solve an issue in the en-suite bathroom. We greatly appreciated that. The appliances are up to date and hurray for granite stone cookware instead of Teflon! There’s no DVR but it is a smart TV so plan ahead if you want to have a family movie night. Thank you to the owners and realty company for providing comfortable guest accomodations.
The building and community spaces are very clean and well kept. The pool was comfortable, clean and had lots of hours of sun. The views from inside the unit are 360° of stunning water, including wildlife. We saw dolphins, an eel, several birds and ducks. It was truly special. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable and being right on the water, there was no weird smell like mildew .The dock wrapping around the entire building added for a lovely afternoon walk with my toddler each day. I must note that this is a public dock and so you may get the occasional person fishing or just hanging about which takes away from the immediate privacy of the private deck. The unit is within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping and bicycle rental rentals.
